Indian restaurant operator, Massive Restaurants has partnered with Crossroad Hospitality LLC to introduce its concept, Farzi Café, to the Middle East.
The first outlet under the modern bistro brand will open at Dubai’s City Walk Phase 2 on Sheikh Zayed Road early this year.
The concept of Farzi Café is to ‘create an illusion’ through its cuisine, which will be Arabic-influenced international cuisine with an Indian twist.
Commenting on the Dubai launch, Zorawar Kalra, founder and managing director of Massive Restaurants said: “Farzi Café is a modern spice bistro which has undergone extensive research and development and incorporates cutting edge cooking techniques, such as molecular gastronomy and creative culinary art to craft a one of its kind experience that imbibes all your five senses.
“The food is global in nature but with a unique progressive Indian twist. Any experience at Farzi is full of unique flavors, textures and combinations and the Dubai menu is going to add a new dimension which is a World first.
Massive Restaurants also established Indian restaurant, Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra.
