Fully integrated meat producer Banvit has joined the sponsor lineup at this year’s Big F&B Forum, taking place on September 20, 2016 at The Westin Mina Seyahi, Dubai
Murat Kunt, general manager, GCC region, Banvit explains why the giant meat producer will be supporting the second edition of this year’s Big F&B Forum.
Why have you chosen to support BNC Publishing’s Big F&B forum?
Considering the success of last year’s Big F&B Forum, we see that the gathering of top chefs and F&B professionals gives us the chance to showcase our products to our right target audience. With great topics set to be discussed, and the likes of celebrity chef Gary Rhodes in attendance there is every reason for us to be associated with a prestigious industry event.
What is your opinion of the Middle East’s F&B landscape?
The Middle East has one of the most competitive F&B scenes globally. With new restaurants and chains opening on a daily basis, the UAE in particular is setting new standards in industry trends. The landscape of the industry continues to grow and develop at an unprecedented rate, outpacing other neighbouring regions, therefore I am sure that the F&B scene across the Middle East will continue to achieve new milestones in the coming years.

Banvit has been in the UAE for almost four years. Day by day, Banvit is working on increasing its presence in the retail and food service industries, which has paid off as we are now a recognised poultry brand.
