Rosewood Abu Dhabi has announced the promotion of Samuele Baudoino from executive sous chef to executive chef.
Baudoino joined Rosewood Abu Dhabi in 2018, with 22 years of gastronomical experience under his belt. Having trained extensively in Italy under the tutelage of renowned chef, Sergio Mel, he worked at luxury hotels in major cities such as Hong Kong, London, Singapore and Milan, before settling in the Middle East.
Speaking about his promotion, Baudoino says: “I love to travel and properly experience new cultures, and I’ve been fortunate to have worked all over the world during my career, which has definitely added to my flair in the kitchen, although I can never forget my Italian roots.”
