The celebrity chef, renowned for his avant-garde gastronomic creations and boundary-pushing artistry, will blend the roles of showman and artist as he unveils his experiential menu during the superclub’s highly anticipated re-opening weekend (11-13 April).

SKY2.0 is a party destination unlike any other, renowned for having hosted acclaimed performers such as 50 Cent, NE-YO, French Montana, and Lil Baby. With Central Cee set to perform on 20th April, the iconic open-air venue continues to redefine the elite party experience.
Guests can look forward to an elevated dining experience with a tantalising array of starters, including luxurious Frosty Beluga Caviar (50/100/200, accompanied by homemade blinis & condiments), Gillardean Oysters (6/12, raw or torched, served au gratin or aged shallot vinegar). As the culinary journey unfolds, savour Seared Goose Foie Gras (crispy aromatised brioche bread, grape compote, champagne foam) and delicate Earthy Twist Eclairs (aged ladotyri cheese, gold-flaked honey).
Treat your palate to the vibrant flavours of Kobe Charcoal Toasties (crispy tapioca, cheddar sauce, jalapeno, barbecue sauce), Crispy Soft-Shell Crab (bao bun, ponzu glaze, pickled spicy sauce, crunchy vegetables, micro cilantro), or melt-in-the-mouth Mulleted Wagyu Teriyaki (Australian Wagyu 6-7, snow peas, spiced puff rice, aromatised ginger oil). Conclude your epicurean journey with a tropical Coconut Nest Pina Colada (flambe pineapple, infused vanilla fresh cream, caramelised coconut flakes), or decadent Ice Mountain Chocolate Fondant (homemade Mastika ice cream & cocoa drops).
