Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay Dubai has opened German outlet, Brothaus Bakery for dine in and takeaway.
The bakery is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a terrace overlooking Dubai Canal.
Breakfast options include Brothaus’ eggs benedict served on toasted onion bread with braised beef cheeks and hollandaise sauce; croquet madame; Apfelpfannkuchen and a classic German breakfast.
Some of the healthier breakfast items are Brothaus’ “Millionaire Muesli”, açai muesli with walnuts, Brazil nuts, goji berries, chestnut honey and organic dark chocolate.
For diners with gluten and dairy free dietary requirements the super fritatta and hummus wrap is on offer.
The bakery is also open for lunch and dinner with some of the options available the chicory and goat’s milk feta bowl with black sesame seeds and crushed hazelnuts and turmeric yogurt dressing.
Hot dishes including tenderloin steak sandwich, baked camembert and the Steigen-Burger.
Warm bread is served fresh to every diner, with a range of options available including rye, white, sesame and pumpkin.
Brotzeit tapas is also available, with dishes such as beetroot hummus, beef boulette, friend bocconcini mozzarella and grilled scallops.
Diners can choose any three sharing Brotzeit tapas specials for AED 80.
Protein shakes and combinations include the fiber run with soy milk, almonds, maple syrup, vanilla syrup, low-fat yogurt and protein powder.
Brothaus will also serve German hops including Lowenbrau.
Throughout June, Brothaus is offering a25% discount off the final bill, along with free coffee for tables up to four people.
Brothaus is open daily from 7:30am – 11:00pm.
German operator Steigenberger Hotel Group has 117 hotels globally with a further 24 in construction or under development.
Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay Dubai opened its doors in November 2015, marking the first property for the group in the Middle East.
