In celebration of a traditional art, Sumo Sushi & Bento has launched a Ramen Festival. Prior to the occasion, the restaurant’s executive chefs attended an exclusive multi-day seminar with intense training in Hokkaido, Japan covering the many different, authentic ways of the cooking the noodle.
For the festival, diners can savour up a bowl of hand-crafted broth, prepared for up to four hours. Dishes include Sapporo Ramen, Chicken Ramen, Seafood and Tempura Ramen. Fancy beef? Sumo offers Niku Ramen, Gyoza Ramen and more.
The new ramen dishes are available at all Sumo locations for dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
Opening its doors in Dubai in 2000, the family-friendly Japanese restaurant brand now has 20 outlets across the GCC. Sumo Sushi & Bento specializes in the creation of customised Sushi Sandwiches, Poke’ Bowls, Salmon Lovers Bentos and other Japanese specialty rolls.
In its 20th year, the brand is charting an expansion plan targeting further GCC countries, as well as Europe, and Canada.
