Highlights from the menu include a White Asparagus Cappuccino Soup, Blueberry Dahi Gujia and Charcoal Salmon for starters and Lamb Vindaloo, Masala Seabass, and Bok Choy Chilgoza Chonka for mains. Starting at AED 175 per person inclusive of soft beverages, a vegetarian menu includes Zaffarani Paneer, Malai Broccoli and Nagori Aloo to start with followed by Shamiana’s secret-recipe Black Dal, Gucchi Pulao and Lasooni Palak alongside Indian bread for mains. Non-vegetarian options include Shamiana’s special Lamb Chops, Prawn Moilee and Lamb Rogan Josh. For dessert, Ras Malai, Gajar ka Halwa and Pistachio Kulfi will ensure a sweet finish.
