Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers has welcomed two new members to its executive team.
Executive housekeeper Ruby Pande and executive chef Levent Karahan are the latest additions to the Dubai based hotel.
Pande has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry managing a housekeeping department at luxury hotels in several destinations across Asia and Dubai.
Pande said: “I am looking forward to applying my years of experience to my new role at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers and ensuring the smooth running of the housekeeping department at the property which has 354 rooms and apartments.”
Karahan joins Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers as executive chef following his previous role of executive Chef at another of the Accorhotels managed hotels – Marjan Islands Resort and Spa, where he was in charge of eight food and beverage outlets and 77 team members.
Karahan said: “With five food and beverage destinations within the five-star hotel and a range of cuisine available from Italian specialties and theme nights to light bites by the pool – I am really looking to offer a variety which will consistently meet our guests’ culinary requirements but also offer a ‘Pullman Dubai Jumeriah Lakes Towers’ twist.”
