Palazzo Versace Dubai is set to host an evening of culinary artistry as two world-renowned master chefs come together for a private Four Hands Dinner on the 8th and 9th of September.
In an opulent evening that promises to be nothing short of spectacular, food enthusiasts and connoisseurs are invited to experience the magic of harmonized flavours spanning across continents with the honour of dining for Michelin Star Chef Mansour Memarian and celebrity Chef Gary Mehigan. The unique experience will revolve around a tasteful nine-course set menu amidst an elegant setting at the award-winning restaurant, Vanitas.
The union between the two professionals is set to create an unforgettable dining experience, where each plate will be transformed into a masterpiece, with the option of grape-pairing. Chef Gary Mehigan, a household name from Australia, renowned for his culinary expertise and television appearances as a judge on MasterChef Australia, will join forces with Michelin Star Chef Mansour Memarian, who has been captivating Dubai’s cooking scene with his innovative creations for several years. He has been leading the culinary operations and innovation at Palazzo Versace Dubi since 2017, having worked before for renowned Michelin starred restaurants in Europe and prestigious hospitality brands in GCC.
The progressive fine dining affair begins with options of Uni Brioche with Crustacean Foam or Mushroom Tartlet with Quail Egg and Bearnaise followed by Carabineros or Sesame Crackers together with Cantaloupe Melon and Madras-Emulsion. For the third course, guests will have a delicious choice of ‘Aburi’ Yellowtail kingfish with Avocado, Shima Wasabi, Yuzu Kosho and Tamari or Aburi Miso Courgettes with Avocado, Shima Wasabi, Yuzu Kosho and Tamari, continuing with options of Wild Caught Normandy Scallops, Samphire, Jacqueline Sauce, Saltbush or Turnip Farci, Samphire, Jacqueline Sauce, Saltbush.
The delightful journey carries on with a Ricotta & Flinders Truffle Tortellini served with Gruyere Cream and Truffle Butter, followed by either Line Caught Salmon or Tarragon Puree with Orange-Cardamom Reduction. The seventh course serves options of Slow Cooked MBS 5+ Wagyu with Celeriac Puree, Bone Marrow, Girollesand Native Peppers or Crisp Potato Galette with Celeriac Puree, Baby Leeks, Girolles and Lemon Mytle. Moving onto decadent dessert courses, guests can peruse the Sorbetto or White Peach with Champagne and Rose, ending the evening on the sweetest of notes with options of an indulgent Amarena or Pomelo and Cherry Jelly with Orange Blossom Foam, Caramelise Tuille and Nougat Gelato.
