To mark their two year anniversary SUSHISAMBA is thrilled to join forces with the distinguished Michelin-recognized Mission Ceviche, all the way from New York. For the first time in Dubai, guests will be able to sample Chef José Luis Chavez’s flavourful Peruvian-inspired creations, seamlessly intertwined with the beloved flavours of SUSHISAMBA by Culinary Director Chef Kyung Soo Moon.
The 3-day culinary collaboration, taking place 8-10 November, offers three distinct immersive experiences. Across all 3 days, a stunning 6-dish Signature Menu by the talented Chef José Luis Chavez will be available; featuring highlights such as Classic Ceviche and Truffle Scallops alongside SUSHISAMBA’s A La Carte menu.
The culinary journey continues on November 9th in SUSHISAMBA’s Private Dining Room with a Four Hands Dinner hosted by Chef Jose and Chef Moon, exclusively for 12 people, intertwining the best of Mission Ceviche and SUSHISAMBA. Delight in artful creations including, Nikkei Tuna Tartare, Wagyu Anticucho and Miso Chilean Sea Bass. Concluding the celebration on November 10th, there will be a Ceviche Making Masterclass led by both culinary masterminds, followed by an intimate, sit-down lunch for 10 guests, all of whom receive a specially designed apron. Grill King Crab, Samba Moriwase, and Desserts such as Japanese Stone, are just some of the dishes that will take centre stage.
