Oporto, the Australian restaurant known for its flame-grilled chicken, is making its way from the sunny shores of Sydney’s Bondi Beach to Dubai’s Festival City Mall this March.
With culinary inspirations from Portugal and southern Europe, visitors to Oporto will be able to discover a menu comprised of fiery flame-grilled chicken, burgers and sides. Bites come in the form of their original recipe chili sauce, their classic flamed-grilled Portuguese chicken, and the signature Bondi burger, invented back in 1986 by Oporto’s founder and Portuguese immigrant, Antonio Cerqueira.
The Bondi Burger was an introduction to his community of Bondi, inviting them to explore new tastes and flavours inspired by his Portuguese motherland. Plus, a selection of strictly grilled, not fried, chicken with its assortment of bastings and sauces.
