Amol Dhote has been appointed as assistant director of operations, Mint Leaf of London, Dubai.
The Indian national graduated with a degree in business studies from the University of Buckingham in the UK.
In 2014, Amol joined the team at Mint Leaf in London, where he undertook an extensive training programme.
He then pursued management training with the Mint Leaf Group in Dubai at the beginning of 2015, commencing with a key position in guest relations and various roles across front of house.
On completion of his training, Dhote was promoted to head of events and corporate sales for Mint Leaf of London, Dubai
Commenting on the F&B scene in Dubai, Dhote said: “From new restaurant concepts to the art of fine dining, there is always something different happening in Dubai.
“Professionally, I enjoy wearing several different hats and serving in new roles, as it’s the best way to keep my skills up to date with what is happening across the business.”
In his role as assistant director of operations at Mint Leaf of London, Dubai, Dhote will continue his work as head of events and corporate sales while overseeing operational aspects of the business.
He commented: “I look forward to building on my history with Mint Leaf, learning core responsibilities as a part of the company, growing as a professional and developing relationships.”
