Dedicated to the simple yet wonderful flavours of tomato and mozzarella, the festival presents a curated selection of delectable recipes that highlight the complementing flavours of the two iconic produces.
A masterful demonstration of culinary excellence, Chef Vittorio and his culinary team have poured all their skills, creativity, and dedication into creating a tantalising menu that explores the flawless combination of rich and creamy buffalo mozzarella, otherwise known as ‘fior di latte mozzarella’, and fresh and juicy Italian tomatoes.

The ‘Sea & Salt Indulgence’ experience invites guests to explore the delicately sweet and salty flavours of fresh Gillardeau oysters, one of the world’s most luxurious, iconic and prestigious varieties of shellfish.
Renowned across the globe for their premium quality taste and appearance, La Gillardeau is associated with the highest levels of culinary excellence. Founded over 100 years ago as a small, family-owned oyster farm in the idyllic Marennes-Oléron region on the French Atlantic coast, Gillardeau Oysters are famous for their generous flesh and unique taste.
From the salinity of the water to the feeding of the oysters, everything is continuously monitored during the farming process. To ensure their extraordinarily thick and juicy texture, only 130 to 150 oysters are placed in each net bag, which can normally hold up to 1,000.
Proud to be the only restaurant in Abu Dhabi to serve these exquisite delicacies, the expert kitchen team at Catch at St. Regis prepares each plump Gillardeau oyster with minimal garnishes. This ensures that the naturally subtle, yet refined, flavour of each shellfish can shine through clearly.
