The inaugural edition of Hotel News ME’s Executive Housekeepers Summit 2015 will take place on November 18, at Conrad Hotel Dubai is set to present a stellar line-up of panelists and keynote speakers from across the Middle East including regional leaders in housekeeping, human resources and technical strategists, to impart with anecdotal advice their expert views on the ever changing roles of housekeeping departments.
The Summit will open with a keynote address from Tatjana Ahmed, housekeeping manager and functional specialist housekeeping, Grand Hyatt Dubai, who is well equipped to offer an overall view on the latest industry updates, trends to look out for in 2016 and sustainable cleaning practices.
Another focal point of the conference will be on the next generation of housekeeping; a discussion surrounding the rise in new technologies promising to transform housekeeping; their successes and the areas they fail to address; plus a panel session dedicated to finding out how the housekeeping department can effectively recruit, train and retain staff and how relations between GCC countries and recruitment source market countries have on the HR balance sheet.
There will be a series of Expert Sessions throughout the Summit and delegates are encouraged to have their say and get involved in the council given by the speakers through the open Q&A sessions at the end of each dialogue.
Exhibitors at the conference will include: UPI, InfoScape Technologies and Eclipse, with FCS Computer systems as the workshop sponsor.
