La Petite Maison (LPM) Dubai is excited to announce that its renowned Global Pastry Chef Benjamin will be taking centre stage at Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie this September. Celebrated for its global influence and origins in Paris thirty years ago, Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie returns to Dubai for the third time, running from September 18th to 20th.
On September 18th, from 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm, Chef Benjamin will showcase his skills with a live demonstration featuring LPM’s signature Warm Chocolate Mousse & Malt Ice Cream. This exquisite dessert, known for its rich flavour and velvety texture, embodies the high standards of LPM’s pastry creations. The demo will include 30-35 minutes of live cooking, followed by a 10-15 minute interactive session where Chef Benjamin will engage with the audience, answer questions, and present the dessert for tasting to approximately 35-40 attendees.
The Warm Chocolate Mousse & Malt Ice Cream, adorned with the LPM logo, not only showcases LPM’s commitment to exceptional culinary experiences but also offers a glimpse into Chef Benjamin’s artistry and the creation of various desserts across LPM.
