Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre has been awarded the premium status of a certification from the Safehotels Alliance AB.
After a special third party audit that took place in August, the hotel has been recognised by the rigorous annual scheme which looks at four main areas; healthcare that assesses processes and procedures around first aid training, cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and equipment; personal safety includes storage for valuables, security measures and round the clock staffing; fire safety covers fire training for staff, equipment, evacuation methods and fire alarms and finally security management offers a dedicated crisis management group, safety officer and offering flexible security with a systematic approach.
